What happens to a receipt

Receipts and invoices are kept with the amount read off the document, and whether it has been paid. Every repair is kept with its date, its cost and who did it — still findable in ten years. Anything Maxidomo cannot place on its own waits for you rather than being guessed at, and it never records a guess as though it were a fact.
